Simply put – it’s the same.
One is the version distributed by DlSite, (this one) while the other is distributed by Getchu.

Depending on the work, they may be the exact same thing, other time one site have a ready to play version while the other would have an “installation required “version…

Ahh, found it myself. [ダウンロード版] is for DLsite version. But another good news is there’s enhance version/patch release in 3/31. I can wait.
