msvcr110.dll is a part of Microsoft Visual C++
(from the 2010-2012 version I think).
Search microsft website for which version to grab (and don’t forget to get the one compatible with your system 32 or 64 bit).

As an aside, putting your error message in google bring you to the microsft support forum on 1st hit….
