Im not sure thats gonna fix it, ive tried the trial version on dl site and it gives me the same issue.

Zip file encoding is broken and can’t extract files with correct name.
Therefore, The game can’t be executed because the game couldn’t find the resource file’s name correctly.
Which encoding your system use?
