Does this include the uncensor patch (i.e. the “Director’s Cut DLC”), and if not, does anyone know a place to get it?

Also, there is a ’18 June update, but I *think* it’s just typo and text error corrections, so probably no need to OCD at that.
Though DO feel free to correct me if I’m wrong, please.
