Can some patch translate this game (Perfect Edition) into English? Or english can only be in English Edition and First Press Special Edition?
I doubt you can patch it with the other version Patch.
The Perfect edition have the initial edition content (H-content) along wit the extra ending of the Memorial edition (non H game), and the Extra voicing of Tomoya (MC).
Using a patch from other version will at best only translate the text they are suppose to translate and leave the rest in Japanese while having a working game.
At worst it corrupt the game.
Unless a modder take a look at the existing patch and make sure it work for this one, you should just hunt down the original version with H content in Japanese and get the unofficial English patch – or get the official translated voiced all age version…

I’ll be testing the patches. If something goes wrong, I will switch to another version of the game with an official English patch.
But do you know how to translate visual novels from the key studio? Maybe it is a good idea to translate Perfect Edition into English/Russian in the future, using the official patch and translating some scenes from Japanese.
I only know it require specific tool to extract the text and inject the modified text. I don’t know which one or where to found them since they’re more specific to that kind of engine used by VN. And considering the amount of text to translated, I’ll never even imagine doing this unless being fluent (or close) in Japanese.
I mean, the game as a play time estimated at 14 hours +. In reading times, I could read 3 or 4 300-pages book in the same time. So the amount of text is just that high.
Also, keep in mind if you search for translating tool that the Engine used change from period – Most VN translated officially the last few years have been released under another engine than the one they were released under.
So, if you want to translate the original Japanese game, you likely won’t end up requiring / using the same tool as if you translate the official English version…
You might find info about translating through vndb, since they usually link the unoficial patch site – which are usually part of translating groupe blog / site where you might just get info (or even contact them if they are still alive).
