from the link description this is a dlc that either need the game full package (VJ012014) or the 3 parts of the game making the full package.
Shine only uploaded the full package here ( make a search on the game base name “痴漢堕 ～心理カウンセラー芽衣香の診療記録～” ).
And, for Shine – dlsite info say the dlc is DRM protected.
Maybe the game package on dlsite is DRM while the game package from getchu is DRM free ?
