Currently, Japanese updater is available up to Ver.1.04.
Check which version is available in Chinese.

If you have time, download the Japanese version and see if the same problem occurs.

Supported OS is Win8 and 10.
If you are Win7, you should change OS.

It is Version 1.04 in chinese version, and DLsite shows that support version included windows 7. Maybe i should try japan version and see.
