Just to clear things up: this is the v190315 (ergo v1.03).
(you can see from the change dates of the files; also readme is from v1.00 (190226) probably xD)
According to DLsite, v1.04 and v1.05 doesn’t add too much. v1.04 fixes some weird, rare bug which apparently won’t let you choose an option for a minute when there is some rare mix of flags (dunno how bad this is), and v1.05 only adds the backlog (I almost never have used that before, in these games lol) and the dash. Well, I guess having dash would be cool…
So, just play. 🙂
