hello. I always gets a “image file is corrupted” error when i try to open the disk file after changing it to .iso

I’m playing this game on Win11
I was able to install successfully by mounting KAKURENBO.MDS and TSUSHINBO.MDS to DAEMON
However, 甘園ぼ”Amanenbo” was not in the software
