I tested the dummycut on Windows XP Pro SP3 Japanese (VirtualBox 6.1)
I’m not sure if all the steps below are required

Mount SLPR014 (about 1.5gb iso)
Use setup from inside the mounted disk
After installation is complete…
[No DVD Patch] [071026] [Selen] 真・燐月 PREMIUM EDITION (rev2)
Copy “SRG” and put it in installation directory
Also make a copy of the existing game EXE 真・燐月
Run SRG and you will be asked for a serial
Enter the following: 7FMZ-2RU2-2C9X-6LK5
If you entered the right serial, you should shortly receive a popup, click OK and game will start
Exit game, delete SRG and 真・燐月
Rename the copy of 真・燐月 (default name of my copy was コピー ～ 真・燐月) back to 真・燐月
Use this file to launch the game, exit the game, and unmount disk
You should be able to play without issue from now on
Parts 4,10 on mexa died
