:/ Win xp can run this game, but the game requires Direct X 3D which I was having trouble getting it to work with virtualbox win xp. The virtualbox might not support GPU configuration or I’m just dumb. Probably only people with win XP subsystem can actually get this game to run.

I booted XP with VMware
Direct X already installed in another game

I copied “[NoCD Patch] [TEATIME] めいでん☆ブリーダー2.EXE” to the installation folder and executed it.

I tried again and finally get it to work. The issue was virtual box video card, the newer version VboxSVGA doesn’t work on my end for this game as the direct X 3d fail to initialize. So I had to switch to the old video card VboxVGA,then it work like a charm.
